One way to take money, everywhere the business sells.
A class pack bought online, a coffee at the desk, a corporate invoice and a monthly membership all go through Simma Pay. So every payment lands on the same ledger and the same customer record.
Online checkout
The website shop and Products: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, on a checkout that's part of the business's own site.
Bookings & deposits
Paid when booked, or a deposit now and the rest later. Refunds follow the cancellation policy in Services.
Invoices & payment links
Every invoice carries a pay button, and a payment link can go out by text, email or chat.
Memberships & packs
Recurring memberships that can be paused or changed mid-cycle. Class packs are sold once and drawn down at every booking.
In person
The till, the front desk, the kiosk and table ordering in Simma Station, on the same account as everything online.
Business customers
Payment terms from 15 to 90 days, credit applications, and holds that apply themselves when an account falls overdue.
The business's own payments account, set up inside Simma.
Simma Pay runs on Stripe Connect. Each business gets its own account, opened and verified inside Simma, with no Stripe sign-up and no second dashboard. Simma earns a small fee each time its customers get paid.
Anywhere
Online, at the desk, on an invoice or on a renewal. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch Simma.
The business's own account
Opened in a few steps inside Simma, with ID checks and an audit trail of every verification.
Payouts
Paid out on a schedule, with each payout matched to the sales inside it.
Start taking payments with no monthly fee.
The rate drops at each step up, so growing businesses pay less per sale.
Card fees included. No terminal contract, no separate processor.
Say who to chase. Simma knows how.
Chasing money is the job owners put off longest. The agent knows each customer's payment history, so the regular late payer and the one who simply forgot get different messages. The owner approves every one.
- Harbour Wellness Ltd£780They usually pay 12 days late, so this one is firm and copies their accounts team.
- Priya Shah£280A first-time late payer. Friendly, with both invoices in one link.
- Tom Reid£140Held until Friday. He always pays on the 25th.
From the first sale to the year-end accounts.

It watches the cash so the owner doesn't have to.
Payments, invoices, bookings and finished work share one record. So Simma can spot money that's late, at risk, or never asked for. A payments dashboard only sees what has already arrived.
"Harbour Wellness pays 12 days late on average. Chase at day 20, not day 8."
"4 completed jobs haven't been invoiced."
"3 membership payments failed this week."
"2 cards expire before the next renewal."
"£4,200 is due in this month. £6,800 has already gone out."
"Refunds are up threefold this month, mostly on one class."
Fiona minds the money. The owner makes the call.
Fiona, the finance agent, watches what's owed, what's failed and what's about to lapse, and brings the owner a decision, not a notification. She never moves money without the owner's say-so. Meet the agents →
"3 membership payments failed over the weekend and 2 cards expire before next month. I've drafted a note to each with a link to update their card."
"£4,200 is due in this month and £6,800 has gone out. Harbour Wellness's £780 is the biggest piece we can collect this week. Send the firm reminder today?"
What it replaces
Simma Bank working name. Every pound in and out, in one place.
Simma Pay brings the money in. The next step is where it's kept and how it's spent. That means an account the takings land in, cards for the team, and every other account and credit card connected. The owner sees all money coming in and going out, and Fiona sees the whole picture, not just the sales.
A business account
Takings land and stay. Pay suppliers, pay staff, set money aside for tax, all from where it was earned.
Cards for the team
Virtual and physical cards with limits per person, and every receipt matched to the purchase as it happens.
Every account connected
Other bank accounts and credit cards pulled in, so the cash position is complete, not just what came through Simma.
Financing from takings
An advance offered on the business's real sales, repaid as a share of them. No application pack, no guesswork.

What a platform can offer depends on each country's rules, and it changes quickly. In the US, money held can be eligible for FDIC pass-through insurance and other bank accounts connect through Stripe. In the UK, funds are held as safeguarded e-money, and connecting other accounts needs open banking. Simma switches each part on where the rules allow. "Bank" is a protected word in the UK, so the final name will be chosen with legal advice. Source: Stripe's embedded-finance availability and product docs, September 2026.
