Home

The business, as it happens.

What's happening across the business, and what needs the owner. One feed of what the team, the agents, customers and the wider world have been up to. The agents' work arrives as cards to approve, and every piece of it can be traced to the task behind it.

✦ Sage remembered
Back in March you were worried Tuesdays might never fill. This week they did.

I thought you'd like to know.

How Home grew up

It started as an intranet. It became the feed of the business.

Home began as the team's own space for posts, kudos, birthdays and polls. Then the agents joined the team, and the business started posting too.

01 · THE TEAM

An intranet

News, kudos, polls, birthdays and work anniversaries: the team talking to itself.

02 · THE AGENTS

A team that includes AI

Maya, Sam, Charlie, Fiona and Oli post their work here: drafts to approve, and jobs done.

03 · THE BUSINESS

The feed of everything

Customers, bookings, money, the wider industry, and moments worth remembering, all in one feed.

Who posts here

Six voices, one feed.

Every part of Simma can publish to Home, but Home keeps nothing of its own. Each card points back to the real record, so the feed can never disagree with the business.

The team

Posts, kudos, polls and milestones. The culture of the business, in writing.

The agents

Drafts waiting for approval, and work finished on the owner's say-so, each signed by the agent that did it.

The business itself

Customers

New reviews, a 100th customer, a regular's milestone. The people the business exists for.

How an agent asks

Every suggestion arrives the same way: what, why, and what happens next.

An agent never just does something. It brings the owner a card that says what it wants to do and why, then does it on one tap. Nothing happens without that tap. What can be reversed can be undone; what can't, like a sent email or a published post, waits for the tap first.

CCharlie · an idea

Win back 14 members who've gone quiet.

They came every week until the summer and haven't booked since. Nine still have classes left on their pack.

What I'll doDraft a personal note to each, with their usual class and a free place this month. You choose who gets it.
Let's do itNot nowYou can undo this
  1. Who's asking: the agent, by name, so the owner always knows who did what.
  2. The promise: one line saying what will get better.
  3. Why: the evidence, in plain words. Never a confidence score.
  4. What I'll do: exactly what happens on approval, and nothing more.
  5. The decision: the owner's alone, with a way back.
What's underneath

Knowing, remembering, reasoning, and one place to say it.

Knowledge

What Simma knows

  • The Business GraphEvery customer, booking, sale, person and pound, in one connected record. It's why an agent can see what a single tool can't.
  • The World GraphEvidence about the world outside: the industry, competitors, the local area. It's gathered when needed, and always sourced.
Memory

What Simma remembers

  • Business MemoryThe moments that will still matter in ten years: a first sale, a hard winter, a class that finally filled.
  • Brought back when it helps"Last year your summer school sold out in four weeks. Shall I prepare the same campaign?"
Reasoning

How Simma decides what to suggest

  • The Outcome EngineThe owner names a goal. Simma proposes ideas, drafts the work, asks for approval, does it, then checks whether it worked.
  • Trust that's earnedFrom suggesting, to drafting, to acting within limits the owner sets, one step at a time.
One voice

Where it's said

  • The PulseEvery app publishes into one ordered feed. Home shows it, and Compass shows the part that's yours.
  • The owner's four views of timeHome is what's changing, Compass is what needs me, the Weekly Review is what happened, and the Journey is what we've built.
Track and trace

Every piece of agent work leaves a trail.

Agents work inside the same system as the team, not beside it. So anything an agent does can be followed from the card, to the approval, to the task, to the record it changed.

Named, with limitsEach agent is a named member of the team, with a list of the only things it's allowed to do.
Tracked like the team's workAgent work sits in Work beside everyone else's, with who did it, a person or an agent, on every step.
Approved by a personAnything that reaches a customer, or costs money, waits for the owner's tap. That tap is recorded too.
Written down onceEvery action an agent takes is logged: what it was, when, and on whose authority.
UndoableA card that was approved can be reversed, and the reversal is logged as well.
Switch-off-ableAny agent can be paused by the owner, instantly, without breaking anything else.
The agent that helps

Sage turns the feed into a week in review.

Sage, the chief of staff, coordinates the other agents and, every week, tells the owner what happened, what worked and what's worth doing next. Meet the agents →

What it looks across

A lens owns no records. Every area publishes into Home, and every card links back to where the work lives.
