One inbox catches everything.
However a customer, a supplier or a stranger gets in touch, it lands here. Channel is a filter, not a separate place, so there's no second app to check.
Every address the business has, on team.simmamail.com or its own domain, sent and received in Simma.
Social
Messages and comments from every connected account, answered without opening another app.
Support
Tickets from the portal and the website, with the customer's history beside them, from Support.
Simmi's conversations
Chats from the website and portal. Most are answered already, and the rest are handed over with the conversation so far.
Texts & calls
Messages and calls to the business's numbers, each filed to the customer they came from.
Forms & reviews
Website enquiries, form responses and new reviews, the things that used to arrive in five different places.
Email Monday, Instagram Tuesday, a call on Wednesday. One conversation.
What this inbox exists to prevent is the business answering the same person three times, or not at all. So it's organised by who's talking, not by which app they used.
Threads follow the customer
Every message from Sarah, whatever the channel, sits in one thread on her record.
Shown on the record too
The same conversation appears on the customer, the job and the invoice it's about.
The business's own addresses
you@team.simmamail.com from day one, or the business's own domain, not a borrowed inbox.
Open the inbox. The replies are already drafted.
Each agent drafts the replies in its own area: Sam for enquiries, Charlie for customers and support, Fiona for anything about money. Each draft is written with the whole conversation in view. The owner reads, edits and sends.
It knows who's still waiting.
Nobody has replied
- "Sarah asked about pricing on Tuesday and nobody's answered."The whole reason this inbox exists.
- "Three enquiries arrived over the weekend."Out-of-hours messages brought to the top on Monday.
The same person, again
- "Tom has emailed and texted about the same booking."One thread, one answer.
- "This quote's conversation stopped ten days ago."A deal going quiet, seen from the inbox.
What we said we'd do
- "You told them you'd send the quote on Friday."A commitment made in a reply, followed up.
Nothing waiting
- An empty inbox that means done"Nothing waiting" is the goal, and it's never confused with "nothing connected yet".
